About Us
EmmaLina Engineering Consultants is a 100% black owned and 50% woman owned company specializing in civil engineering, wayleave application administration, fibre planning, telecommunications construction and project management. It was established in July 2017. Registered in January 2018. It was founded by Emmanuel Jacob Malatje holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Tshwane University of Technology. Emmanuel has over 3 years’ experience as Civil Technician. Managed wayleave applications to municipalities in South Africa, provincial roads authorities and the national road authority. Managed the implementation of the wayleave specifications and conditions during construction. Maditsebe Alina Mamabolo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria. Works as a Senior Actuarial Analyst.
